LAO162 Posted May 24, 2020 Posted May 24, 2020 The short of it is that fishing no longer fits my lifestyle, so I will be selling some of my equipment. What is the best way to Ship NIB and or lightly used baits? Thank you Leon 1 Quote

Super User MN Fisher Posted May 25, 2020 Super User Posted May 25, 2020 If the envelopes are over a certain thickness, they're considered 'packages' and charged as such. Best bet, is use the smallest Priority Mail box you can get away with...a 8"x5"x1-3/4" box is $7.00, a 11"x8"x6" box is $13 shipped anywhere in the US in 1-3 days. Quote
Guitarfish Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 The shipping can be very confusing at the post office. It seems the pricing is different every time I go. And no one is going to buy a lure and then spend $13 for shipping. I see sellers on EBay posting $3.25 shipping, so there are ways to get it done cheap. Quote
mrpao Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 If the package is under 16 oz, you can ship it USPS first class for usually under $3 to $7. It will depend on the weight and distance. That's the cheapest way I have figured out to ship items. Quote
