SOFL Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 I am getting back into Bass fishing after about 35+ years. My father took me Bass fishing in NJ and NY area when I was about 5 until I was about 12 he taught me the basics using plastic worms and spinnerbaits. I mostly used live bait while he worked the shoreline. My father passed when I was in the Military and haven’t fished for Bass since due to my constant travel. I have fished on and off mostly saltwater. I am planning on fishing the south Florida canals, Everglades and Lake Okeechobee. I have a young son and would like to get him started on Bass fishing. Very informative site happy to have found such a great resource. Quote
