From looking online there is nothing different about them. I read that the b freeze model was to be sold to European and Japan markets and that in the past may have been in colors targeted more to those areas.

Bumping this post as TackleWarehouse has started carrying them and I cannot see any difference in the 'B Freeze' model and regular Pointer model. If anyone knows anything plz let me know. Im e-mailing TW so if I find out anything I'll let u know.

Just a name, US they are called a Pointer and the JDM calls them B'Freeze.

The thing to pay attention to is the letters behind the numbers. Example a Pointer 100sp means it is 100mm's long and suspending (SP). The other letters I know are F floating, SPDD suspending double deep, S sinking, SR shallow runner and the is an extra fast sinking that I think is EXS but not positive? The extra fast sinking you will only find in saltwater series anyway.
