newyorktoiowa57 Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 What is your guys expereince with this frog? How does it compare to say the Booyah Pad Crasher, which has been my main frog for the last 3 years. Quote

Walks great, casts great but fills up with water way too easily. Had to squeeze out the water way too often for my liking. Ended up going back to my go to Pad Crasher and Live Target frogs. Thanks. For their price/durability combo, the Pad Crashers are tough to beat. 1 Quote
Bass Junkie Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 I bought one last year and really liked it. It cast very well for its size and had a great action, a very good open water frog. It wasn’t very durable however, and after wearing it out in a week I didn’t buy another. I keep going back to the Bronzeye as the best frog I’ve used overall. Quote
Ogandrews Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Really nice small frog. I like to walk my frogs so this was right up my ally. Liked it better for less think cover. Only other frogs I use besides the Kaera are the river2sea bullywa2 and the spro pooping frog Quote

evilcatfish Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 I love the kaera, it’s compact, walks easy, casts well, and has an excellent hook up ratio. Might not be my number one pick for super nasty stuff, but I mostly fish sparse cover with my frogs anyway Quote

YoTone Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 i used them and caught some nice fish on them too but like others have said theyre not too durable. a few of mine had tiny tears where the line tie meets the head of the frog and that led to water getting in. But that happened after a few nasty snakeheads had their way with them. Another one i had the weight flung off. I didnt reorder any this year. Quote
Reel Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 I really like the size and the fact that it doesn't float to high in the water. Rarely miss a fish because of that I think. Quote
