You need a wrench to replace spark plug. Spare drain plug is good to have.

Yeah I meant spare drain plug. I don't normally plan on having to replace my spark plugs on the water, but I guess if a guy has some spare time why not.

A boater it's easy to have a waterproof tool kit with whatever they feel is needed.

The bank angler who must carry tools it get down to the minimum needed to fish and the multi tool like a Leatherman is essential.

I learned that my Leatherman Juice won't cut Whopper Plopper hooks.  My split ring pliers got the overall hook off, but we had to pad the treble hook that was sunken into his shin, tape it, and float the rest of the way down the Rappahannock.  The smallmouth got her revenge on the guy who caught her by sticking the treble in his shin and leaving him with an ED bill.

Mostly it's bluegills and other bream, but occasionally a bass will hit his nightcrawler.  I just checked and they make octopus hooks down to an 8, so maybe that's what I should use.

Mustard Ultra point circle hooks to size 12 are availble, size 10 should work.

Magnet, to pick up nails from camp fires.

Water, lots and lots of water, 101 here today.

Keep benadryl on hand in case dog is bitten by snake.

Machete and shovel to open up spots on bank.

Trash bags to pick up found trash.
