Hey guys,

Looking for opinions on the Curado Cranking casting rods. Just picked up a 7'8 MH. Anyone with experience with that model or the line? Is the handle overly beefy and what are you guys typically throwing? Thinking large top water and big cranks. It says it can take as low as 1/2oz but rod specs don't always match what I experience.

Couldn't beat the TW sale!

Thanks!

I have the 7' M Split grip model. It has a lot of backbone and I use it for deep cranks and light swimbaits. It is a good rod and comfortable to throw the R2S Tactical Bassin cranks on.

I have a few of those on back order! Can't wait to get them in. Hopefully this 7'8 doesn't disappoint ?

More info appreciated by any other anglers!
