Mattia Casarola Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 Hi guys, I'm from Italy. I've been fishing since I was 13. I love bass fishing! I hold the new Italian tournament record! 3.489kg ( 7.69 lb) . Usually I fish from belly boat or from the shore. 4 Quote

Finessegenics Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 Welcome! how is the bass fishing in Italy? Are they in most lakes and rivers both in northern and southern Italy? Quote
Mattia Casarola Posted April 13, 2020 Author Posted April 13, 2020 @Finessegenics in italy bass fishing isn't most considered as in USA. You can find Bass all over in italy, but we have a big serious problem. Many people eat bass both small and large. The weather condition are not good for reproducing and the result are no lakes very populating of fish. In southern italy you can catch bass bigger than northen italy. Hi @TAFKABCF Quote

1202FireMedic Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Welcome. I hope things have settled down in Italy from the Covid 19 outbreak. Stay safe! Quote
Mattia Casarola Posted April 15, 2020 Author Posted April 15, 2020 @1202FireMedic in Italy isn't a good situation. Any people stay at home yet. We can't do anything except go to the supermarket. Some people break the law but for me is a lack of respect for doctors and sick people. 1 Quote

I guess I can understand that. Welcome Mattia. Quote
Super User WRB Posted April 15, 2020 Super User Posted April 15, 2020 Welcome to BR and congratulations on your record catch. I knew Spain has LMB and never thought about Italy having them. Traveled all over Italy beautiful country and freindly people. Be safe everything will settle down and you will be back to enjoying fishing again. Tom Quote
