Whats up everyone. I fished as a kid primarily in the Lake Gaston area of NC. Between growing up and too many passing interests I never really got back into it until roughly a year ago. I had bought an ugly stik and went to work. Since then I've learned how to use casting reels (not as hard as I remember them) and caught about 7 species, and multiple 4-5lb bass. Because there are so many rivers and creeks nearby I plan on getting a kayak and a few higher end setups to go along with it. Maybe I'll get my first Bronzeback. Come west and fish the Upper Potomac and you will catch smallmouth. If you need to know some places to fish from the bank just PM me.
