Ksam1234 Posted April 28, 2020 Posted April 28, 2020 Weather has been horrible here In western New York, I could fish but it’s been rough. On the warmer days it’s blowing 40 mph winds ugh.. just wish this weather would make its mind up. Almost May and still have 45 degree temps.. Quote

Im up here an hr north of watertown and have the same stuff going on still! I have been out for perch and bullheads. I got 10 crappies last friday, but battling that wind is brutal. This weekend looks good and the crappies are going to start spawning soon, so ill be out there. 1 Quote

I was catching them this Sunday in mid-thirties air temps with 15mph winds. A guy came by and asked how I was doing. I said I caught a bunch of Perch. He then asked me if I ever ice fished for Perch. I zipped up my down vest and replied, "I am ice fishing" Quote
