First spinning rod that I started working on. I like making the handles but wrapping guides is a PITA.

Big fan of EVA grips, those look very comfy. Would love to see the whole rod when completed..

Me too.

 

But it is so rewarding when the project is over and I see that beautiful rod completely done and ready for action.

Is the cork gripped rod set up rear locking like the EVA gripped rod? If your interested, Schneider's has Mid-Corks for 17 mm skeletons at a discount price.

Yes, I like up locking spinning reel seats and hate if my hand rests on the seat threads.
