I hear ya bub on that. I’ve had some stuff trickle in over the last few days myself. Not trying much New or different this year. Replenished some of my soft plastics. Ordered doubles and triples of some of my more productive crankbaits. Picked up on a few new color patterns that I feel great about. I am waiting on some mono and flouro to arrive but I’m not in desperate need of line. I change my line way too often anyway. I’m anal. New Shimano reel came in for my new St Croix 6’3” Avid last week. Trying a new drop shot hook this season. Gonna try two different sizes of that VMC that has the built is swivel to it. May or may not work better. Gonna try it. I’m amped up on trying a few new bluegill type patterns if gotten in. Not real image baits just cranks that have bluegill and pumpkinseed sunfish colors through them. Those type of colors are endless but I feel good about the ones I’ve picked up.

Wow DeFoe Crushed them on DT 10, and I just got it in mail yesterday but color he used was Bigg’s Shad, which to be released soon.

Shimano Stradic. My kids helped me get it at a good price they know an employee who helped them. Every bit helps they want $230 msrp.

Those DT’s are great baits. My biggest (PB) and nicest river Smallies have come off of Rapala Baits.

I do fish a couple of other brands. Have gotten some nice fish on Bombers, Bandits and Strike Kings  but Rappys have caught my more quality fish. Favorite fall bait along with a Cordell Big O’s.

Dude are you able to get on the water? My local lakes are shut down right now.. Hook or crook I'll get on the river somehow. I'll pay someone to let me use their slip if it gets to that.

no, all lakes are close here, thats why im planing to go to river and mountain for few days.

What is their reason for closing lakes.  When I fish I am no where near anyone.  It seems like the perfect way to practice social distancing.

yes, that is what I am telling everyone , I never been close to anyone, and anglers always far from each other for 1000 reason, for one not crossing line :), I think the only reason is to drive us crazy haha...

Luckily the state of Michigan is not closing any of the 1000’s of public launches, camp grounds or state land. The vast majority of the boat ramps are just dirt or pavement ramps with no or little docks any how.  Only thing they are keeping closed are any bathrooms that maybe located on or near the launches.

However, that is all subject to change at a moment’s notice

You realize governor Newsom just closed the entire state for 60 days by his shelter in place order for everyone not doing essential work. This means no entry to public lakes.

There's info on this page about SF Bay Area parks staying open, including lakes. Info is hard to find. I have found no mention of lake closures in Northern CA, but there may be some, or many. My Dad lives on Tulloch but it's too late to call him.

One of the reasons the parks are open is because getting exercise is apparently part of Newsom's "okay to do" list.

Parks will remain open as outdoor-only areas from dawn to dusk. Calero and Lexington reservoirs will remain open. Restrooms will be available.

Anderson will be drained this year, not sure about Coyote. If I wasn't able to work I'd be at Tulloch fishing my heart away.

Exactly, my same thoughts. I don’t get it. I’m bothering nobody. I’m not near anybody. Please don’t __ my season.

TW, *** and BPS is where I mostly order from, in that order. Between having to work some Saturdays through the winter, getting a major sinus infection and all this CV-19 bs going around now I picked up anything I needed to replenish and wanted to try different, I did it thru the mail.

Was real reluctant to buy that Shimano Reel sight unseen and un-touched first but it seem great, will have it out soon. Never really had much in the way of Shimano issues and if I did they just replaced it.

Should have some line arriving.

Good luck, hope you make out ok with your terminal tackle. That’s hard to find on sale a lot. Berkley has a bunch of hooks for soft plastics on sale. They are a bit too heavy for my liking even the ones that are not flipping style, but they are good hooks. I fish mostly Gammy, Owner and have always done well with the True-Turns. 80’s old school in me.

because I have eShop in my own website, I am working with USPS and UPS and FedEx, UPS and USPS emailed me and they said they are still going on, even they have drop off locations open, but I didn't see anything about FeDex, I assume they are working as well. I hope you get your package.

Think positive man. I‘m right across the big “D” from you. We’ll get our fishing in. We’ll find out right soon as to how they want to handle the trout seasons.

They are still stocking in NJ, basically all trout stocked areas that I fish are all closed starting April 23 till opening day on April 11. I can always practice casting in the backyard. Smoking some ribs to keep busy LOL

I'm sort of hearing the same thing here. We are the 18th. Good luck if you get out.

If you ordered tackle, I would expect to to arrive in the same amount of time as prior to the pandemic. I ordered 8 sets of Carbontex drag washers to give me something to do as I observe the mandated shelter in place. They shipped from Florida and arrived in three (3) days, ready to be installed.

And in Cali, we’re encouraged to go for walks as a form of exercise. Walking a bank, casting a lure is pretty much what we are encouraged to do. Not to mention it’s pretty much solitary, allowing for the proper social distancing as you check your back cast ?.

Be well everyone, we’re gonna put a hurtin’ on ‘em when the opportunity presents itself
