Greg F Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 I would like to know what this two spinner blade surface lure is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Quote
Smells like fish Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 As you may know lots of company's put out injured minnows, Creek Chub seems to be most commonly found in wood and plastic. More detailed pics and pics of the hardware used will help. 2 1 Quote

Smells like fish Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Skipjacks have neither flat sides nor a side mounted hook. Quote

rboat Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Many of the early bait companies in the late twenties through the thirties made that same type of lure, wooden, glass eyes, two props. Patents were not always easy to get, not followed, and many were copies. Many of those companies are long gone. It would be hard to get the exact manufacturer. A larger picture from several angles showing all sides may help. It looks like it could be one of many from Creek Chub, or A Heddon surface minnow. Paw Paw, Pflueger, Shakespere, and South Bend, made similar minnows but most had 3 treble hooks. Sorry I could not be of more help, but so many manufactured that style back in the day. Quote
