So I have a 16 foot 1988 stratos bassboat i think the live well is 10-15 gallons maybe not even 15 gallons but is there anyway to remove that one and install a bigger one ???!!!

Yes sir but it would be quite labor intensive & costly.

After a few minutes research online it looks like that boat has a 22 gal livewell. It's probably fairly deep which makes it seem smaller than what it is. As with any decked boat the only way to have a bigger livewell is going to be with some pretty major work. If your not afraid to cut into your boat then get to cutting.

 

If I was you I would fill up 5 gallon buckets and dump them in till it's full to be sure of the capacity.  My boat has a small livewell at 15 gallons but it will safely hold a fairly substantial sized limit of bass for a tournament. Of course more room would be better but between vents in the lid and running the live well every few minutes they stay alive and well
