DBL000006 Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 I'm starting to get my gear ready for the upcoming Season. I come across Alabama Craw and Plum color plastics. My main Lake near me is Tanic Lake. I know Junebug, Black and Blue and Yellow are good.. Can you throw the 2 colors I mentioned? Quote
NittyGrittyBoy Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 Theres no limit to what colors you can throw. I fish tannic water ALL the time, I've caught them on tequila sunrise, red shad, white, methiolate, junebug, watermelon red, pumpkin, black and blue, raspberry, electric blue, and the list goes on and on. Basically, try different colors and experiment with baits. Theres no right or wrong. It's all trial and error. That's why we fish ?? 2 Quote

Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted February 26, 2020 Global Moderator Posted February 26, 2020 I've always done well with golden shiner colored plastics in tanic water. Strike King has a tube that has worked great for me in those conditions. Quote
