I’ve watched more this year than all of last year combined. IMO they should just leave it at 2lbs, regardless of what lake they are fishing. Yea I think one competitor said in an article somewhere that he caught 15-20 non scoreable bass in a period. Or maybe a day but a lot of small ones either way not being counted 1 Quote
ryanerb Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 Wow, what a great emotional speech by Powroznik. His dad has passed away, and he was fishing the last spot him and his dad got to fish together. Dang... thats heavy... 1 Quote

Sometimes 2 in a row Mike Quote

You can throw a stick worm and catch 20 fish, and 15 will be 2lb fish, and maybe 5 will be 5lb fish. It's a bit of luck of just what size fish bites the lure. Obviously there are some lures that 'tend' to get bigger bites. I like the 2lb minimum to really get away from a super dink fest. Even for the guys getting lots of 2lb'ers, they have to catch 3 of those fish for ever 1 6lb fish. That's a little more work. I'll just say this... I don't think ANY format will ever be perfect or meet everyone's style. So we can't expect it to. Quote
