Pitch'nCypress Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 Anyone know anything about the new war eagle "jiu jigsu" jig? Saw it in the latest bassmaster magazine but cant find anything online about it. Designed by Andy Morgan and has an owner zo wire hook in it. Like I need any more Jigs but looking forward to seeing this one. 1 Quote
ABart61 Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 It is a Classic release. It's on Tacklewarehouse's website right now. Quote

CountryboyinDC Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Not sure I understand....these are priced at $7. Are there 2 (or more)? It's a lead bass jig, right? 2 Quote

Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted March 9, 2020 Global Moderator Posted March 9, 2020 I must be missing it, looks a lot like the old Strike King Denny Brauer Premier Pro Model jig, just with a Zo-wire hook and over twice the price? 1 Quote

I have a few Chatterbaits, bought a few when they first came out too (catching fish with them, less so). But a flipping jig at $7 might be as expensive as I've seen. I used the heavy gauge hook finesse jigs from War Eagle and I don't think 2 cost this much. Quote
Hower08 Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 I have a hard time paying more than a few dollars for a jig. My best jigs cost less than $2 each. Doesn't hurt as bad when you break off. I fish a jig 12 months out of the year and I'll be damned if I'm paying that kind of money for one 1 Quote
Super User NorthernBasser Posted March 9, 2020 Super User Posted March 9, 2020 $7 for a non-bladed jig? Yeah, no thanks. Quote

Fishin Dad Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 What is the marketing hype to even try to justify this price? Quote
