I find applications where I wish I had a good quality 6 ft. pistol grip MH bait casting rod.  Does anyone know of a reputable rod manufacturer who still makes them?

Nope. The pistol grip from the Premier series in St. Croix is only 5 1/2 feet and medium power. I thought the Berkley Series One would have been just what you were looking for, but they quit making that last year. There aren't even any more on fleabay. You might call up to Spirit Lake, Iowa, though. Ask them whether they have a cache of that particular rod around for warranty purposes. They might sell you one, they might not.     jj

I bet Mike @Delaware Valley Tackle could make you a sweet one for a reasonable price.  I miss my 6' pistol grip rod to this day.  Stupidly sold it a garage sale thinking it was too old school.

My old one broke last year. I got lucky and was given an older Fenwick which I'm using now. It's my favorite type of rod for Spook fishing.

I’ve done a couple retrofits of old angled style grips for Goose52. I can also source new pistol grip cork. MHX makes a nice line of Shooter blanks that are 6’ so you don’t sacrifice any power or action by trimming. Contact me if you’d like to discuss details and options.

Lew's has two series of rods with a 6' Medium Pistol Grip Rod. The Lew's American Hero and the Lew's Laser SG1

Cashion also has a series called the CRT kayak that has a pistol grip. Don't know if that was is medium heavy or not.

The only pistol grip rod I own is a telescopic Bass Pro Shops Power Plus. It is a 6' Medium action.

They have a 6'm pistol grip lightning rod at bass pro.  I picked it up and played around with it when I visited.  Felt great to whip around and do a roll cast with.
