I do not recommend the ...fishingcarepackage site ....ordered 2 revo s for 49.99 great deal for sure will the company is  50/50 From what i read and heard online some ppl get there items in a timely manner some dont and never even get a response

So what exactly are you complaining about, did you not get your reels or are you just complaining about what you read from others?

Just curious.....Did you receive what you ordered?  Were you satisfied with what you got or was there an issue with your order?

Getting the product has never been an issue. Its customer expectation that is the issue. Fishing Care Package has them list as "Revo S" and people just assume its the latest version and it is NOT. Just by looking at the pictures the company has tells you they are old back stock of the Gen 3 Revo S and their description even says its back stock. Most people are complaining when they get it and realize it isn't the newest S with mag brakes and better QC.

I don't see a problem, the company says it's back stock. That should tell the buyer to ask a few questions before purchasing the product. That is what assuming does for you.

They're a pretty well known scam. 

 

They started with a monthly tackle subscription box that no one received, and took months to stop getting charged for. 

 

They've got some serious balls to disappear for a few months, keep the same name, and do it all over again

After having a tracking # for 3 weeks that never indicated that the package was released to the shipper, today my brother had his bank claw back the money. Oh well.

Ya i read the fine print box says revo3 s the one pictured is the revo2 ..reason i was buyin is i hear the 2nd gen is the best ..dont need mag brakes myself .my bank is a1 in service not worried about getting my money back thats easy ...just no communication thats as bad as being a server at a restuarant  and not filling my drink up or asking is my food ok ..no tip for you

Ya I've never heard anything good about this company. I know this post might get removed for bad mouthing a company but I think it's something that people should be warned about even if it is their fault for not reading reviews.

That's exactly right!  My kids learned at a young age that if we were at a restaurant and my glass was empty the servers tip just plummeted.

Thats my whole problem...they cant answer emails but they can take your money....

I could care less if it takes 3 months or 3 weeks as long as they tell me ..not just a generic description for all to see ..if thats the case i woulda bought 6 at that price

If a company does not answer my questions I don't buy from them & just move on.

Since restaurants were mentioned - I like my server to leave me alone unless I need something. If my server asks if everything is alright that usually means I'm in a lower quality establishment.

 

If they ask me if I need my change as they pick up my payment - same thing. If they say "I'll be back with your change", better tip once I get it. This also gives me the option to say no, keep it.

 

I sound like a snob but I rarely go to restaurants like that because I'm cheap :)

While we can empathize with your frustration, the best course of action is deal directly with the company. Escalate it up the ladder, file a grievance with PayPal or Ebay (if they were involved with the transaction). File a mail fraud complaint with the post office. There are other options, but attacking the company in a public forum is not appropriate nor allowed. Such posts will be removed.
