Folks,

I have little experience  with this technique and would like to be able to throw

Waik-baits and swim-baits  that weight up to 3 ounce.  I have looked at the dobyns 795/4.

Also look at the Loomis  7'6" IMX Medium (1-3 ounces)

Thoughts and recommendations welcome.

Thanks

How much of a rush are you in to get it? If you're not worried about spending IMX prices, I'd check out F5 or LowDown.

Not a custom guys personally. I owe both the Dobyns and IMX and lets say, my Dobyns is for sale. I really like Phenix and G Loomis for swimbaits. Recon Elite for a sub-200 and IMX for a higher end rod. You'll be very happy.

The Recon Elite 766 or 796 are awesome. Plus your selection of the 904 SWBR is right on point. Great options.

I use a Fury 795 for 7" Slammers and other wakes.
