Hey guys, I've been lurking on the boards for a while. I just made my first post (a reply) a few days ago and thought that I should properly introduce myself.

I live and fish north Georgia. Primarily small bodies of water but I cut my teeth as a teen in Lake Lanier. I took a long hiatus from fishing, I'd say about 20 years or so before falling in love with that tug all over again 2 years ago.

I bought a 14 ft. Jackson fishing kayak and primarily fish a small electric-only lake (Hollis Q. Lathem) just around the corner from the house.

I really appreciate all the wisdom and good deals that I've learned while perusing the boards.

Thanks A-Jay.

Actually forgot to mention it, but I fish in Michigan as well. This is actually where the bug bit me again.

The wife's family has a lake cottage up in the East Tawas area. Lake Huron has been tough to figure out, just don't know where to get good access from the bank but I've had pretty good success on the many rivers.

The family spends summers up there, and I get up a few weeks out of the year.
