My vote is for the Lew’s Pro TI

 

I have this reel and it is silky smooth, not geary at all. It is Lew’s flagship baitcaster at MSRP of $350 ($250 on sale) 

 

It’s a whole lot of reel for the money.

For 250USD there are much better quality reels out there IMO. But everybody decides how they spend their hard earn money :)
