So I bought some Jerkbait blanks from Shelts the 110 vision. I cannot get them to suspend they keep floating I even upsized to #5 stainless split rings and #4 Mustad Triple grips and #5 oval tie ring. Does anyone have the right combination of hooks and rings to get these things to suspend with out having to use suspend dot? Or does anyone have the different weights of Trebel hooks? Any help would be appreciated.

Not a fan of the hook/lead wrap idea. Suspend dots / strips are nice, but a cheaper lead alternative is from a golf shop. Lead adhesive tape 1/2 "x 50' roll with  for about $7. I also use it to "close" an r-bend spinnerbait and tweak a few ul cranks with it.
