Super User Mobasser Posted January 17, 2020 Super User Posted January 17, 2020 Shortly after I joined the form here, WRB tipped me off to Roboworm oxblood red flake. It's been a good one. 1 Quote

Under water the Motor Oil Jelly worm changes colors , I dont know how to describe it . I concede . Motor Oil is not brown , it just sort of is. 2 Quote

Too many variations for anyone to be wrong. Browns are a good color but maybe not the best overall. I do see motor oil as a brown. Translucent brown. Quote
RickB Posted January 17, 2020 Posted January 17, 2020 Culprit use to have a motor oil color and they where my favorite. They don't make'em in that color anymore guess I need to try another brand. Quote

Super User ChrisD46 Posted January 18, 2020 Super User Posted January 18, 2020 When I think of Brown worms - I think of Pumpkin Seed , Scuppermung or Oxblood (light of dark) . Zoom , Strike King 3X , ZMan , Robo Worm and a few others offer these . I've never been much of a fan of Pumpkinseed as I'd rather use Green Pumpkin , Scuppermung and Oxblood as they would be my Brown color worm choices . 1 Quote

Except that the spaces between the ribs are deeper and filled in on top and bottom and are translucent. Thank you! I have been looking at those worms, the 7 1/2" Original. What's the difference between the Moccasin and Crawdad? They look pretty close in color to me> Crawdad is more orange. The moccasin is brown. Quote
