Just curious- what’s the most expensive lure you have.  Mine would have to just be some 20-25 dollar ranger jerkbaits.

Any of you boys and girls high rollers? Maybe chucking a Roman mother or something? Haha

I'm super cheap and am pretty skeptical of really expensive lures.  My most expensive lures are undoubtedly some Rapala jerkbaits, most likely in the $7-ish range.

Like above, I rarely spend much on a lure, something easily lost.

I go for baits that look and act like the best but at a fraction of the price....they exist.

Now overall money spent on fishing is totally different, boats, rods and reels, trips, gets into the thousands.

I have a few swimbaits in the $150-200 range, and a bunch in the $50-100 range. I used to think it was ridiculous, but then i got on a Slammer bite.

I was gifted a whopper plopper, sprinker frog, and expensive looking chatterbait by a fellow bass resource member.  The most expensive one I have personally purchased would probably be a rapala x rap and shadow rap at about $9. I was also gifted an Alabama rig when they first came out that was probably $40 worth of gear all together but I no longer own it. Capt Neptune took it from me on the second cast.

Most expensive owned? WP-110 that was gifted to me

Most expensive purchased? Toss up between one of my Rapalas or my Super Spooks.

I went on a Megabass spending spree this summer...gulp...lol. Seriously the most expensive is a $25 I-Jack and a few $20 Pop-Max.

Currently nothing too fancy, a whopper plopper would be the priciest I've ventured so far. Any day now though I'm going to finally cave and get a White Python Pop Max.

Probably less than $15.00, I sure wouldn't buy anything over $20.00. I don't feel there is any advantage of spending high dollar for lures.  I can go fish with a $2-$6 lure/baits and catch 10-20 fish a majority time I go fish for a day.

Where'd you buy from? They're $29.99 on their site.

I think my most expensive is around $60. 6" Bull Shad.

Megabass Slide.

I have several Megabass baits but this one is so cool looking, it just sits in the box.

Sounds more like a man lure than a fish lure.

Got Hinkle’s, DEPS 250s, some Romans and others ... it’s honestly embarrassing to think how much I’ve spent on some of these baits. But they get fished and the only one I have yet to catch a fish on is a DEPS 250.

Mine is a Black Dog Shellcracker G2 wake bait.  I think I paid $19.99 for it a few years ago but it seems their price has gone up a bit since then.

I think an S Song is the most expensive bait I have, but I have spent more money on Megabass stuff than I care to think about. Most of the Pop Max's I just look at.

The top 4 or 5 most expensive lures I own are lures I didn't buy, but rather lures I found while out fishing.

We have some pampered kids who sneak in to fish our lake and when they snag their big swimbaits on a boat cover, they just break the line rather than risk getting caught trying to retrieve them.  No loss to them, they just ask their parents for more cash to buy some replacements.

I've got a school of Huddlestons & Bullshads. A 3700 that's slowly filling up with various Megabass 110's. Megabass Megadog, Bull herring, a pack of large Rats. I own somewhere between 0 and 48 $100 & under swimbaits. I'm gonna get 5 or 6 $100+ swimbaits then I'm done buying them.? If I ever own a Mother it'll be homemade.

Fourteen bucks on a LC Pointer. All my other baits are under 10.00. I know I wouldn't be enjoying myself while chucking something any more expensive.

A SU edition toxic wade hogs but that one was gifted to me as a get better present from my accident last year.

purchased probably the 3 phoney shads($130 a piece) I bought when I was still in the mindset that swimbaits are like all baits need several and every color should break in off haha my bank account quickly reminded me that’s not the case with swimbaits lol.
