Logan S Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 Just realized I'm in the lead for the BR group ? Been so long between tournaments I forgot which groups I even entered ? 2 Quote
OCdockskipper Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 I had 4 anglers make the cut & 2 in the top 10 fishing today, HOWEVER my 5th angler was Mark Menendez. I found out last night that he withdrew late Tuesday night after injuring his back. That means it is worse than a last place finish with 100 plus points. It is 0, no points at all. I marshalled for the tournament (recap coming tomorrow), and there was no announcement, either Tuesday night at the marshal meeting or as part of the takeoff. I didnt hear any of the other anglers mention it. There was an article on Bassmaster.com that is dated the 10th, but I was in Brandon Lesters boat at the time so I wouldn't have been allowed to access it in time to change. Crap. 2 Quote

Thats bad luck but look at EBBass in our group . He had Menendez and Jaye. Not only that he had Kennedy too . Poor fella . 2 Quote
Super User scaleface Posted June 14, 2020 Super User Posted June 14, 2020 My points went up today but my ranking went down . I got the 40 bonus points for Zaldain but so did half the field so my ranking dropped . Quote

I noticed that the anglers who had high ownership at Chickamauga had high ownership on Eufala . A lot of people didnt change their picks . I had Buddy on Chickamauga , changed it to Hartman who had a good event .If I had stuck with my Chickamagua lineup I would have had a 1st instead of 9th 12th both events 36th instead of 29th 21st instead of 68th 10th both events 1 Quote
Super User fishballer06 Posted July 7, 2020 Author Super User Posted July 7, 2020 Heads up everyone - 6 days until rosters lock for the next tournament. Get your picks in now for Cayuga. Quote

Finessegenics Posted July 9, 2020 Posted July 9, 2020 https://www.bassmaster.com/news/cayuga-lake-bassmaster-elite-series-event-canceled-two-ny-tournaments-still-scheduled Apparently the next two NY tournaments are still on, for now. Doesn't make much sense considering they're all a week apart from each other. 1 Quote
Super User scaleface Posted July 22, 2020 Super User Posted July 22, 2020 Looks like this tourney is a go . I selected Combs , Hanselman , Palanuick , Johnston and Johnston . Quote
Super User fishballer06 Posted July 27, 2020 Author Super User Posted July 27, 2020 Hey everyone, I just got back from vacation and I wasn't around last week to remind everyone about the St. Lawrence event. I hope everyone had a great event. I managed to have the 1st, 2nd, and 7th place finishers on my team, so I did pretty well. I'm actually now in the 99th percentile on BASS, but still in 320th place overall. Here's our current top 5: Logan - 5109 tmr624 - 4914 fishballer06 - 4905 SFFishing - 4857 MrPeanut - 4821 2 Quote
Super User scaleface Posted July 27, 2020 Super User Posted July 27, 2020 The next tournament starts Thursday .I'm guessing practice is today and tuesday . For those guys who fished Sunday , they have to be exhausted . I have two contestants on my initial lineup who fished sunday but I dont know about that . How effective can they practice ? I think the guys who didnt fish on the weekend will be fresher and have an advantage . Quote

Finessegenics Posted July 29, 2020 Posted July 29, 2020 Champlain has to be the most interesting tournament fishery. Smallmouth vs largemouth, shallow vs offshore...Weather is supposed to be good so the largemouth oriented anglers can make the long runs to the south end of the lake. I went with some guys who can catch them anywhere, as well as two northern guys who might just feel a little more comfortable. My tie breaking weight is 83lbs 6oz. Here's my lineup: 1 Quote
