Kenneth "Dusty" Pine: Won the 1990 B.A.S.S. NY Invitational, was on the winning team of the Bassmaster Team Championship held on the St. Lawrence River in 1987 (along with Larry Nixon, Stanley Mitchell, Chet Douthit), and is one of just a handful of anglers to have qualified for the Classic as a pro the year after making it as an amateur (1986/1987). 2 Quote

Bull Seimantel is another local Trophy, tournament bass angler and book author. Bob Crupi also is a local trophy bass angler, came close to the world record and book author. The list gets long; Dean Rojas, Pro angler from San Deigo Dave Gliebe, pro angler introduced pitching technique. Dick Trask, pro angler, finesse split shot Cody Meyer, Pro angler Chris Zaldian, Pro angler Mark Daniel's, pro angler Fred Roubanis, pro angler Ken Huddleson Sr, invented the modern trout swimbait.
