They can work wonders at Duke Medical Center, once you get through the traffic to get in and have the valets take your car!!!!

Thank you all.....lookijg at keyboard and screen is like looking through a bottom of a glass....getting better but.......pain is in check thankfully  The ride home from Duke kicked my butt.  Don't like pain pills but they are a friend at times.  So important to walk around...can feel body just doing wierd stuf from sitting so much.  

What a ride....what a ride....typing will get better.
