Fleet truck from auction?  Looks like it's in great shape, much better than i'm used to seeing at the sales.  I can't tell from the pics but if it's 4wd you got an awesome deal.

Nice one.  That truck with the 7.3L will do better than any gas vehicle and get better gas mileage than any gas truck out there.  Nice find.  Most people don't realize the additional cost of diesel more than offsets the mileage gain you get over a gas vehicle.  Enjoy it.  Make sure and change the oil and keep up with the fuel filters and you should easily get another 200K out of it.

Oh ya that thing will run for a long time if you keep up with oil and filters.  I drive a 99 at work with over 200k on it and pull a 12,000 pound trailer and it doesnt seem to have any trouble, it also is a two wheel drive.

Nice truck.
