Even though I grew up here, I’m finding less places to hunt every year due to extreme development. I hunt some of the local WMAs , mostly Guana River. I never can get far enough away from everyone in there to really enjoy the experience fully.

I primarily like slow stalking for squirrels and other small game. Also like still hunting for hogs/deer.

I know it’s a shot in the dark but

Does anyone have or know anyone with some private land in the general area I could hunt on ? My grandson who’s 17 likes going too.

Just tired of public land with all the “ hunters” that have little concept of safety and there’s just too many of them out there. ‘Preciate it!!

Hey mike, it's been awhile since I have been on the forum. I Have not fished in awhile do to moving on some property that my son and I bought. There are several clubs down in Putnam. It seems like all clubs are getting pricy. I dog hunt in the pipeline area of Ocala National Forrest. You are welcome to hunt with me. Let me know.23120200_776745515783545_5840011113353668935_o.thumb.jpg.c3fc2825e5bec5c6b3b8b04b5863ec73.jpg

@sfpalatka Thank you. I used to still hunt Ocala a lot. I’d love to go with you . I just want to get out there. Probably couldn’t afford a club - right now anyway. I wouldn’t want to get in the way of others in your group and would be satisfied just to go even if I dont get a shot.

If you’re ever interested in coming up to the Jax area, I live on a great little bass lake!

I loved to have you. If we could exchange numbers without it going all over the internet that would be great
