Copying the color may be more important than length or diameter. V&M makes a close match with their Watermelon Bluegill. It's not exact, but its close.

Kind of looks like a Zoom Shakey tail worm.

It came in a 4 pack, sounds like a sample pack.  Was it from a mystery tackle box or something?  Sometimes those things have one-offs and it can be hard to find the exact replacement.

maybe, could be the c tail.

btw i love me some shakey tails!

The front half of that worm looks like that Yamamoto Kut Tail, did they ever make a curly tail worm?

I found a pack of GYCB 4" curly tail worms the other day that were buried in a basement pile.  Skinny things.  Caught biggest bass of my last four trips with it on a shaky head.  I'd like to find more.

Overstock Baits used to have piles of them. I bought quite a few bags of the 4 inch kut tails when they were blowing them out like 3-4 years ago.

I believe I have seen a custom maker who will do a very similar worm, if you’re interested I could dig through my bookmarks later today and try to find it.

Looks like the GYCB curly tail to me also. I had several bags I bought from Overstock when they had them on sale.
