Daniel Abram Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Ok I was wandering do most of you guys keep all your tackle on your boat in storage compartments of in tackle bags/boxes? Or a little or both? Quote
Super User Scott F Posted September 20, 2019 Super User Posted September 20, 2019 I never keep my all my tackle in my boat. First of all, I’d need a MUCH bigger boat to hold it all. Second, on a day that I’m going to fish, I only bring the lures I’m likely to need determined by the lake, time of year and the species I’m going after. 1 Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted September 20, 2019 Global Moderator Posted September 20, 2019 I keep a lot of stuff in my boat but there's a ton of extras in my garage too. I also have a "go bag" that I keep for kayak/bank fishing trips. Quote
Super User Bird Posted September 20, 2019 Super User Posted September 20, 2019 I use to work part time at a bait and tackle shop that eventually went out of business. The owner sold me everything at a deep discount. I ended up walking out of there with a large igloo cooler stuffed to the lid. No, I do not carry all my tackle on the boat. Lol Quote
deadadrift89 Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Plano boxes - Hard baits stay in boat along with rods/reels. Various size Rubbermaid boxes - hold gallon storage size Ziploc bags with assorted soft plastics and terminal tackle(change out depending on lakes and part of country I'm in). Extra tackle at home or in 5th wheel while traveling. Quote
