If you are the type of guy to sit on, lose, break sunglasses then go to walmart and get some $7 strike kings. If you want an investment, spend $100 and they will last you a lifetime. I own both. The costas fit much better and look better. It maybe the placebo effect but they seem to offer clearer vision as well. My 7yo daughter doesn't complain about wearing my strike kings. Buy it cheap buy it twice.

At 14 times the price I would want more than a placebo effect ;) I haven't lost 14 pair of glasses in my life. If I paid $100 I probably would!

I only spent $20 on mine. Only complaint I have is that they are pretty dark, but I can see fish great with them.

And bank fishing - I'd rather stuff em in my pocket than carry a little case for them (or a string). Amazon says these glasses are "unbreakable". Haha ya I doubt that but so far so good with them stuffed in my front pocket when the sun gets low. One drop in the dirt and those expensive glasses get scratched and ruined.

Actually, they fell out of my pocket or something one day recently. I went back the next day and found them in the dirt - no problems. So ya, cheapies for me.

If I had more money I may spend up to $50 for a pair. I can't really think of a reason too though. Fishing can get dirty and I just don't bring expensive anything when I go.

I wear polarized Maui Jim's with readers. Cost..200.00 had em for about 8 years. Always have croakies so they don't fall off.

I like my Wileys polarized prescription with small bifocal at bottom.  Old sucks, but better than the alternative?.

Get on Sierra Trading online store they have super prices on Costa and more sunglasses, I bought a pair of Costas this summer love them blue lens which are a gray on the inside wonderful for fishing, they are rather dark in low light of course, all Costas are polarized.  Oakley are good but not as good as costa.

I need prescription progressive lens eyeglasses so I splurged on a nice pair of Ray-Ban aviators. Very happy to learn they now offer polarized progressives. They didn’t, a few years back.
