Here in the Finger Lakes for the Labor day weekend. Been here since Saturday. Rented a nice house right on Seneca lake. Drove four and a half hours to get here with boat in tow, and haven't had a chance to hit the water cause of the weather. Saturday was just to get here and check the place out, Sunday was gonna hit Cayuga but there were swells and white caps cause of the wind, and I wasn't willing to test my just installed bilge float switch in my 17 1/2 foot Stratos in these conditions. So went back to the Marina at Seneca to store the boat (Not bad 10 bucks a day) and decided to meet up with the wife and her cousin to do some winery and brew House hopping, and to satisfy the child we headed to BPS in Auburn. and on the way back for dinner we drove thru Montezuma Preserve. So today of course thunder storms, but it has cleared up and the lake is quiet. So now at 12 pm were just gonna put in here at the Marina and just fish. Let you know what happens.

Even though haven't fished yet it is still a great place, definitely coming back again but stay on Cayuga instead.

Was on the water for about 4 hours. The weather turned out great. Had a few misses, bit did manage this little fatty. Man, the water is so clear I was spooking all the fish not to bite. There were some fat largies.
