Daniel Abram Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 The last week of september I will be staying at the state park. I was wanting to see if anyone has any tips on bass fishing there. If someone lives close and would like to go out with me a day that would be great. Thanks in advance Quote
James D.G Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 Try straight across the lake from state park, follow channel markers, go into jacks Creek, have pretty good luck in September and October in there. Also try where the congaree river dumps into lake, lots of trees, logs and stumps. Quote
Ring King Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 Been catching a bunch of shallow fish lately in Sparkleberry Swamp just above the railroad trestle. Fish have been mostly on tress in less than 5ft of water. Frog early and then flip the cypress trees with soft plastics or run a spinner bait or blades jig near them once the sun is up. Quote

How far above the State Park is the railroad trestle? I am trying to find it on navionics map. Quote
