2015 mercury 25hp tilt and trim. water has stopped coming out the pee hole. Bass Pro 1 hr away said to use air and blow air through it. Did not work. tried several times. One of the guys there that I talk fishing etc to said he uses a thin wire up the tube  just dont force it. Did not work either. wait time to get in is like 3 weeks+   Any ideas or mechanics out there   the motor was a new left over bought in Feb 2017

Follow up. Just got the motor back from shop the impellor was shot. First question he asked was if i got stuck in heavy weeds which I had 2 trips before. He said that was enough to burn up the impellor so stay out of the weeds

The real question is whether or not the "tell tale" (that is the correct name) is stopped up or if your engine is not pumping water.  Open the cowl, find where the hose to the tell tale hooks to the engine.  Pull it off the fitting.  If water is coming out the engine fitting, then clean or replace the hose.

If not, you have much more serious problem.

You said 25 HP.  I assume not a typo.   I had the hose on my 25 break at the fitting and the water was just going into the cowl.  Simple, another cheap piece of hose to the tell tale, and my motor looks like a sailor.  Of course mine is a real 25 circa 1985 2 - stroke.

When was your water pump replaced and is there any chance you sucked up mud or sand lately?  I agree with the previous posters thread. Do not run this engine before it is fixed.

I sucked some algae up in my intake a month ago and it quit peeing. I ran a wire through the lines and it cleared it out. Sounds like you did that, so I think your pump went bad unfortunately.

I just had that happen on my 115 Mercury. Got the lower unit in some clay, as I was trimming up and trying to get out of the shallow water I noticed the tell tale not putting out water. Luckily I was not too far from the launch. At home, I put a pair of muffs attached to the water hose and ran water through it for about 10 minutes. Water finally started trickling out and when I turned on the motor it was working properly. If this didn’t work I was going to check the impeller next.

Dirt dobber's love ready made holes and once dry their next can be like concrete.  A lot of times compressed air will not blow them free.  Try running a piece of wire like a metal coat hanger up the hole to break it loose.

Sometimes the hole may be an insert in the lower cover with a hose going to it.  If so, you can probably just take it loose and clean it out, because sometimes they go up inside the hole and make their nest deeper in.

As others have said the tell tale line could be blocked, bad water pump or line is disconnected. Probably have to drop the lower unit unit again.

It's a 2015 guys; I'd bet all my gear that the pump is not bad. My boat is a 1996; I've owned it since 1998; I just replaced the stock water pump this year; I'll say that again, I just replaced the stock water pump this year. And it didn't have a single crack in it. I just replaced it because I was getting scared of the time on it.

As mentioned above, most likely a mud nest in the system somewhere. We all know about them getting into the outlet hole (pee hole) but don't forget about the inlet end of the system. Check the water inlets in the lower end too OP.

Unless this thing as sat in salt water 24/7/365, the pump is most likely good

THIS.  Happened to me twice last summer.  Had to pull the whole hose off to get it cleaned out.  Now I store the boat with a golf tee in my pee hole.......

Water pumps are supposed to be replaced every three years according to the owners manual on my motor. I had to get one replaced once because the keeper pin came out. I wouldn't use a golf tee to plug it up. I would be afraid of forgetting to take it out when I put it back in the water.
