Harold Scoggins Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 I do my Ninja twice a day with apples, carrots, spinach, and banana. Keeps the arthritis at bay and my abs visible. (The old woman likes that.) Although it doesn't look very good, it taste great. 3 1 Quote
Super User Sam Posted August 6, 2019 Super User Posted August 6, 2019 Harold, if it works it looks beautiful. I dropped from 220 down to 177 and am now up to 182 so it is back on the no carb-high protein diet again. Since all I do is fish and swim my abs will never be beautiful. Hey, I am glad to be able to see my feet now. Take care and keep up the good work. 3 1 Quote
Super User J Francho Posted August 6, 2019 Super User Posted August 6, 2019 I do various smoothies in the morning. I don't mind even the veggie ones, like spinach or avocado, since there's a always some banana in them. 1 Quote

Army kept me in shape through age 40, but when I stopped the morning PT it didn't take long to put weight on. I went up to 210 before I took corrective action. Now I'm back down to 175-180, 54"c and 32"w, feel great! Weight training, rowing, biking, and diet. When I report to the "Last Roll Call" I want to report wearing my Dress Blues. 1 1 Quote

Way north bass guy Posted August 8, 2019 Posted August 8, 2019 When I saw the title, I thought this is what was being talked about. Btw, these are a wonderful addition to the boat if your often in the salad looking for bass. 1 Quote
