Hey all, I am looking for a budget Ned rig spinning rod. Tackle Warehouse has the Mach Speed on sale for $60 but I have been reading good things about the Dobyns Colt. I will admit that the green grips are kind of a turnoff but I don’t know a lot about Dobyns either. I have heard mixed reviews about the Dobyns customer service. Admittedly those negative comments could just be trolls. Anyway, fire away at me guys. Thanks in advance.

No experience with the Colt but I have the Mach 2 Speed Stick Ned Rig Rod. It’s light and durable. It has a microwave guide on the one closest to the reel. I lobe mine and the green handles come clean with some Dawn dish detergent.
