I actually live about half way between York and Hanover. I prefer to spend money at a bait and tackle shop in Hanover. B&B Lures has an excellent selection, reasonable prices and great advice.

I much prefer to buy my stuff at a local bait shop whenever I can.

it's kinda far, but Wacky Worm in Gilbert is excellent. It's a few hours from me, but I make sure to stop in a few times a year. Awesome selection and his prices are competitive even with TW. Mom and Pop owned.

I go to the one in Peoria Illinois about every week,  good selection and better prices than the bass pro down the road,  also have different items that bass pro doesn't carry.  I like them.

As I mentioned, you can sometimes find a deal there. Bought a FeelFree Lure 11.5 kayak there this week. MSRP $1259. I paid $837.

A few other places are reducing prices on that kayak, but not to that extreme. I'm pretty sure the are revamping that model for 2020.

The Rockford, IL store is either a hit or miss.  They quit carrying Shimano reels which I didn't understand and when they are out of stock on an item it can be months before they resupply.  I've been told by employees that the company just sends them stock, not necessarily what they need.  I couldn't believe that especially in this age of computer inventory.  Also the Rockford, IL store always seems to be very short staffed.  I don't think it will last long which is too bad as Cabela's in Hoffman Estates is my only other good source of gear.
