Hey all,

I was considering listing some of my used tackle. What is the best way to ship treble hook lures that are not in the original packaging? Are you guys still using the bubble packaging and trying to rubber band the hooks? Thanks for any suggestions that you might have.

@Fishin' Fool give me a little bit to get some pictures and I will show you what I consider the safest way to ship loose baits.

I have received lures purchased on eBay packed as Whitwolf showed. I have also received them with the hooks pined to the body with rubber bands.

You could get some small diameter model airplane fuel line and cut the pieces to fit over the hook barbs. That might be the safest way.

Use can easily try Safety Pin Hook Organizers

Scroll to the bottom of the page to see.    Just pin the hooks together, bubble wrap, box/wrap.   Then you should be good to go.

I don't ship hooks much, but this works great in my tackle boxes.

Place a small rubber band binding the trebles together and then pack them however.
