With the exception of trailer parks, what a scam that is.

I think it's implied in the disclosure in the article that it was a sale-leaseback transaction, which would be discovered if reading just beyond the headlines. I think it's low hanging fruit to expect an outdoor news website to definitively report a financial related transaction. Sure, the headline is not precise, but as you stated it's not entirely untrue either and is more factual than our state run news media outlet.

 

Trailer park business models seem pretty good to me. Buy the land, don't have to worry about upkeep of the trailers. Charge rent, utilities, provide overpriced services, I like it.

We are just gonna have to agree to disagree. There is nothing ever implied in a commercial real estate transaction, and I would hope that everyone would expect a certain level of professionalism form media or pseudo media publications, regardless of the medium?

Why are we still talking about this? What are the Googans and Mike Long up to?...
