CarsonJeffords Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 So I was fishing using my dads tackle and lost his favorite crankbait of all time. He told me when he figured out I lost it that they don’t make those crankbaits anymore. I wanna replace it with the same one he had. It was a wec coffin bill crankbait. I need help finding the same body style and color. Quote
JediAmoeba Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 Bad news man...it looks like a Bagley Kill R' B. The old balsa ones that were fantastic! I have a few of these and am scared to lose them because the action is great. I could be wrong though, I realize the old kill r B's I have are round bill. Quote
Kyhokie Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 Looks to me like a WEC Z-1 in chartreuse classic. Shouldn't be too hard to find, but its gonna cost you around 50$. 4 Quote
Super User Munkin Posted July 7, 2019 Super User Posted July 7, 2019 Looks like a Zoom crankbait based on the paint job. Allen Quote
rangerjockey Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Yep It's a WEC. Since Ed Chambers has passed away they have gotten pricey. There is usually some on Ebay. 1 Quote

Kyhokie Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 Carolina crankbait supply also has a bunch. They sell on etsy or Instagram. 1 Quote
Mikeltee Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 That's really cool of you. Make sure you figure out the rest of his treasures so you don't go through this again. 1 Quote
