I'm not quite ready to splurge on a navionics card for my fishfinder yet.  Is getting navionics on my phone worthwhile?  It's not very expensive and at least I'd have some mapping.

I looked at the various mapping apps for phone/tablet. Went with I-Boating's app. Half the price of Navonics and includes waypoints and trip saver. Check it out.

I have it on my phone for ice fishing. Works well. It's the exact same image as the navionics on my boat so i like it.

I have it and love it.

I also have it in my Garmins.

I’ve been using Humminbird’s FishSmart app. You have to purchase individual lakes but I’ve been very pleased. I prefer the Lakemaster maps over Navionics to begin with though so I may be biased.

I use my Navionics App. everyday either for work at the Marina on Lake Anna or just to search out interesting spots for my next outing.  I really like that I can Sync it with my Lowrance and have places I've marked on both.  Also use the depth shading feature all the time especially now in the summer heat searching for cover such as docks that are in a little deeper water.  Would highly recommend it!  <><
