Since they are going back to Table Rock they've decided to change things up and start each day at 12:00pm and go until 8:00pm. I've never seen a professional organization have an evening tournament. It looks like the championship round will be held in the morning but the all other days are in the afternoon. They are also broadcasting all 3 daily rounds live for this one. Starts today at noon (central time).

This could be interesting.  If a dusk bite picks up, and it's close, there could be some tension.  I like it.

There’s a big HS tournament going on there too. I wonder how much that influenced the time change.

Anybody watching?

I just see a black screen, but each time I refresh the power pole commercial will play without issue

As some would say, another "dink" fest. That being said, I would love to go out and catch a hundred pounds of fish in a day.

Exactly. They said the majority of the bass caught would be spotted bass. From my understanding spotted bass typically don’t get very big anyways. On top of that it doesn’t seem that Table Rock produces giant bass like Chick, Florida, and Texas. Not saying they aren’t there.

I posted it in the DiNk FeSt thread but FLW just had a 3 day tourney on Table Rock and the winner had 46 pounds, so an average of 3 lbs per fish. It just isn't a big fish lake but obviously has numbers.

There's a big bass tour on Table Rock every year and it almost always takes fish over 5 pounds to win the hour and usually several 5 pound fish weighed per hour. Typically takes one over 6 to win it. The thing with MLF, you don't need those big fish, and on Table Rock to catch those big fish, you're not fishing for numbers of bites. The spots on Table Rock get in massive offshore schools that a skilled angler can find and just catch obscene numbers of fish if they can get them to bite, but a big Kentucky strain spot is 3lbs and rarely reach 4 pounds. Table Rock has great populations of all 3 species, plus meanmouth, but not surprising to see them making their living on spots since they school so heavily. They can get big though, these were taken from OA forum, a 7 1/4 and 6 3/4 pound spot from Table Rock.
