I’ll fish pretty much anything I would fish on a Texas rig.  My favorite is probably a Zoom lizard.

i use a green watermelon lizard. most of the time. sometimes i will switch to a senko. but most the time it depends on the speed they want.

Pretty much any plastic will work fine, but when I think “Carolina rig” a zoom lizard is the first thing that comes to mind

I haven't fished a Carolina Rig in years, but when I did my bait of choice would have been a Zoom lizard

Lizards ...the only time I use lizards is on Carolina rig

Any soft plastic works but lizards, jacks worm, and centipedes are what I use most often.
