Are Shimano Reel handles interchangeable?

I have a Shimano FK 3000, and want to switch the reel handle to a 2500 style, not the power handle or whatever it came with. Will a handle from a Ci4 work? Other reels?

You talking about the entire handle assembly or just the knob?

 

I know I bought the 3k style knobs and installed them on my 2500s so I believe the answer to either is a yes.

The stradic FK and Stradic CI4+ handles are the same style and will interchange. But the red on the stradic CI4+ probably won't match the FK.

The 3000 and 2500 size handles are the same other than the knobs. Switching the knobs would be cheaper.
