Super User T-rig Posted July 3, 2007 Super User Posted July 3, 2007 Buzzbaits and topwater early in the morning and evening. During the day some kind of soft plastic fished in cover. Lipless cranks. Quote

Super User roadwarrior Posted July 3, 2007 Super User Posted July 3, 2007 Welcome aboard! Soft plastics have been good for me during the heat of the day. I have recently had some success with swimbaits. Quote
grid Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Texas rigged worms have been my ticket lately. Senkos, drop shot, finesse, etc I'm still trying to master. Quote
southbassfisher Posted July 3, 2007 Author Posted July 3, 2007 Thanks for the information on lures Quote
GHIII Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Does anyone have any problems with their plastics getting to hot and getting really soft? The Senko's are already not very durable but when they get hot they suck, they get so soft they just disintegrate off the hook when the fish bites it. I think i'll start storing them in the ice chest when we fish, does anyone else have to do this? Quote
