I am looking to buy a 1993 Ranger 361V with a Johnson fast strike 150 ...Previous owner who is 80 years old has owned it since 1994 & cannot fish anymore ...It has sat for over a year & has hardly a scratch top & bottom with quite the shine . His son said  he fished it about  5-8 times  a year ..Has a new lower unit & his son who is selling it for him says due to his dementia he cannot tell him anything about routine maintinence ..That is my concern the most . You guys are pro's & i know very little about this year & make of boat & engine .He is asking $7500 ..would appreciate any feedback ...Thank you

7500 is a little much to pay for a boat powered by that old of a motor in my opinion.  Not to mention the batteries will need replaced as well probably.  The boat sounds like its in great shape and has good bones.  It should have a nice full bench seat and an area where you can finish the casting deck.  In the end for 7500 is a little much but if you dont pay that amount someone else DEFINITELY will.  What are you looking for the most in your next boat?  I know bass boats like the back of my hand and would be happy to give perspective.
