Flatrock Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 I love the how to videos I've watched since finding this site.. But I want to especially thank today's author on the article about Understanding your Electronics By Tyler Brinks. I liked it so much that I printed it out so I can have it in front of me when I take a closer look at my Lawrence Hook2. I understand what a sonar is, but nowhere have I been able to find the differences within the settings and what to expect. I have found this site to have so much "Practical" information for the everyday Joe that aren't professional fishermen. Keep up the nice work 5 Quote
papajoe222 Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 The quality of the information available here comes from many different sources and is the main reason, IMO, that this site is so popular among bass anglers from beginners to pros. If you're looking for a specific individual to thank, the author of the article would be a good start. There is a team here that decides what information, whether it's an article, video, or individual threads, end up on the site. Then there is Glenn, to whom we all owe our gratitude, for the time and effort he puts into this awesome resource. They all deserve our thanks and the best way I can think of is doing what you just did. 1 Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted April 9, 2019 Super User Posted April 9, 2019 Timing on this one made me smile. I sent Glenn a "Thank You" last night. His response made me smile too. He asked if I was OK ? A-Jay Quote
BoatSquirrel Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 There have been very few questions I have not been able to find answers to on Bass Resource. I read and learned for years before eventually feeling with it enough to begin to help provide an occasional answer. Thanks to the site’s leadership for keeping it current, relevant, and professional. 1 Quote
Super User J Francho Posted April 9, 2019 Super User Posted April 9, 2019 Throw a "like" and a comment on the YouTube page, and I bet Glenn himself will see it and respond. Quote

BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted April 11, 2019 BassResource.com Administrator Posted April 11, 2019 Thanks guys, that really means a lot to me. I appreciate it. I hire and manage the writer staff here at BassResource. I work with them individually on their content calendars that best suit their strengths. Tyler, for example, is a sonar/GPS/Navionics GURU! The man knows his stuff. So it made sense for him to share his knowledge here. Yes, it's work, but it's fun work! And your comments here make it all worthwhile. Thank you so much! 3 1 Quote
