After getting my tournament pro speed spool, I put it on an all star I had laying around. It’s not a bad rod, but I’m looking to upgrade. Right now my top choice would be a Duckett Silverado but I’m open to anything. Thanks

Between  $110.00 and $120.00 you can get a Dobyns fury.

That would be my choice.

I like my HMGs, but for $100 I'd take the Tatula first.  Read good things about the H2O Ethos and EVX (and of course the Fury) but no experience with them.  The few reviews I have read about Ark rods have been pretty good.  Picked up a 6'10" MF Sniper on sale at TW, but no chance to use it yet.  Feels nice in hand and hoping fishing it only increases my liking for it.

The two rods dodgeguy mentioned are well thought of here.  Never had a Bocoo, but at one time I had more Falcons than any other brand.  Daiwa now holds that title thanks to the Tatula line.  (Haven't gotten rid of any Falcons.  Nice rods.)

Another vote for Bass Pro Carbonlite.  One of my Tournament Pros is on a carbonlite and it is a sweet combo!

I have a couple of the Academy H2O rods.  Outstanding value IMO.   One that I bought a couple of years ago, 7' MH, is on the light side of MH and compares favorably to a Falcon Lowrider Finesse Jig Special (formerly Eakins Jig) rod.

By the way, $70 is regular price and they frequently go on sale (like late December/ January every year)

I just purchased a Alba Garcia graphite Vendetta Med / Moderate action 7'  $79

Great feel to it.
