I was surprised Gary did not mention the Kut-Tail. I thought that was the most popular

GYCB product in Japan.  No mention of the Fat Ika either.

Gonna give the Fat Ika a try this summer. Found them on E-Bay. I hear the best way to fish them is t-rigged backwards and weightless.

Gary Yammamoto, angler first, business man distant 2nd. Awesome video Glenn, thanks for sharing.

Not necessarily...he also sells bull semen ;)

Exceptional genetics and attention to detail in care and feeding has produced, arguably, the best Wagyu bull semen in America. Gary's herd comes straight from Japan, winning multiple awards and providing some of the best genetics available in the US today.

I saw an interview on I think a Googan video awhile back. He's raising Japanese beef here in the states, if I remember correctly. They fished his private pond and he talked about it.

We offer over 200,000 units of semen for sale.

Come and get it :)

I've heard that about the Kut Tail in Japan as well. Lord knows they are absolutely deadly. The Fat Ika is another staple out this way as well. Along with the Senko, these have been the top three GYBC baits in my local fishing associated circles for years.

Really good interview!  Took my 8 year old Grandson to the Classic and he was able to meet Gary.  Nice man, was proud that my grandson was able to talk to him about his favorite baits.  My Grandson look confused at first when I told him I wanted him to meet Gary, until I explained he was the man that created his rainbow Senko Lol...  <><

Thanks!  That was great!  My three year old has senko worms as a daily toy alongside his hot wheels.  My other son can't leave the store without begging for a new bag.
